Grow A Garden: How to get Candy Blossom and Bone Blossom

Wondering how to get Candy Blossom in Grow A Garden, or if Bone Blossom is better? Of all the crops in Grow A Garden, the exceedingly popular Roblox idle game, Candy Blossom takes the crown as the toughest to acquire. This lovely crop - which looks like a pink tree with blue leaves and lovely candy floss fruits growing from the branches - originally appeared during a 2025 Easter Event, where it sold for astronomical amounts of money and could similarly yield fantastic harvest rewards.

Unfortunately, Candy Blossom is no longer for sale after the conclusion of the Easter Event, and there's much misinformation swirling around regarding how to get this elusive crop - not to mention scammers aplenty who promise free Candy Blossom Seeds. As of July 2025's Prehistoric update, there's also a valuable new crop available in Grow A Garden - the Bone Blossom! But is it actually superior?

Read on, for we'll give you all the details on how to get both Candy Blossom and Bone Blossom in Grow A Garden. We'll also explain whether Bone Blossom is better than Candy Blossom.

How to get Candy Blossom in Grow A Garden

The short (and disappointing) answer is simple: you can no longer obtain Candy Blossom in Grow A Garden via traditional methods. It was solely a limited crop available during the 2025 Easter Event, and you cannot purchase Candy Blossom Seeds via the normal Seed Shop. If you missed out on the event, you're out of luck.

For your reference, the following bullet points show how much Candy Blossom cost in the 2025 Easter Event, as well as the great yield that this multi-harvest crop offered once you sold its fruit:

  • Sheckle cost: 10,000,000 Sheckles
  • Harvest price: 90,000 ~ 100,000 Sheckles
  • Rarity: Divine

While this is a downer, you may still be able to obtain Candy Blossom via the following roundabout ways:

  1. Receive a gift from another player.
  2. Steal via a Raccoon pet (but this won't get you Candy Blossom Seeds).

The first method requires you to befriend another player who either has unused Candy Blossom Seeds from the Easter Event or Candy Blossom fruit in their inventory. This player must also be willing to gift these rarities to you. Good luck with that - it's highly unlikely, but technically possible!

The second method involves a bit of stealth with a Raccoon pet. Raccoons can duplicate crops found in other players' gardens and bring them back to you. This method will nab you the actual Candy Blossom fruit, but not the seeds themselves - so you won't be able to grow Candy Blossom on your own plot of land. You'll also need to purchase a Night Egg (50,000 Sheckles) and hope that it hatches into a Raccoon, which is an expensive, RNG-heavy process in its own right.

For the record, rumors have suggested that the Red Fox pet can steal Candy Blossoms Seeds - but this is false. Red Foxes cannot steal limited event crop seeds.

How to get Bone Blossom in Grow A Garden

Bone Blossom is the new crop on the block, and emerged in Grow A Garden's Prehistoric update. To get Bone Blossom, you need to complete Dino Quests for Blair, the seller behind the Prehistoric quests stall in the middle of the Grow A Garden land plot. These quests reset every several hours, and usually require you to plant a certain number of seeds, harvest crops, craft items, or in some cases, raise pets to a certain age.

Completing quests will earn you Ticks, which will steadily fill up a bar in the Dino Quest menu. The final weekly Dino Quest prize is the Bone Blossom Seed, and it takes 21 quests to get the Seed.

In other words, if you want the Bone Blossom Seed, you need to grind. You can't simply purchase it with Sheckles or Robux. You can, however, potentially steal a single Bone Blossom fruit via a Raccoon pet, as we outlined above in our explanation on how to get Candy Blossom. You can also get Bone Blossom if you have a pal willing to gift you either the fruit or the seed - but most people won't be so lucky!

Is Bone Blossom better than Candy Blossom?

Yes, Bone Blossom is better than Candy Blossom in terms of harvest yield, and it's also a rarer crop. See the following stats for Bone Blossom below:

  • Harvest price: 150,000 ~ 180,000 Sheckles
  • Rarity: Transcendent

As you can see, harvesting a single Bone Blossom can already net you around 150,000 Sheckles at minimum - which is more than what most Candy Blossoms sold for. Depending on how many mutations your Bone Blossom acquires, you can potentially make a lot of Sheckles indeed.

Will Candy Blossom come back?

It is highly unlikely that Candy Blossom will be returning in a future Grow A Garden update. The Grow A Garden Discord server's FAQ officially states that Candy Blossom will not be returning, and tells players to not beg.

Additionally, Grow A Garden creator Jandel revealed on his TikTok ahead of the Prehistoric Update he will not be bringing Candy Blossom back in further updates to the game, and the Bone Blossom is intended to replace it:

"The answer is no, but... Either this update or next update we're going to make a fruit or seed that's better than Candy Blossom because everyone's asking for it and that's what the community wants."

In the past, Jandel has warned Grow A Garden fans to be wary of Candy Blossom scammers - referring to sites that promise free Candy Blossom codes and content creators who have spread rumours that Candy Blossoms are still obtainable via glitches or alternate servers. Based on our tests, none of these rumours about obtaining Candy Blossom are legitimate.

Furthermore, the sites that claim to offer Candy Blossom codes all require you to download other mobile apps and potentially fill out surveys, which is data collection at best and exposing yourself to potential malware at worst, with no guarantee that the codes will work once you have them. We do not recommend that you attempt such methods.
